Elder Roderick Montgomery II 

Minister Roderick Montgomery II, affectionately known as “Rod II,” is deeply rooted in the Church of God by Faith (COGBF) tradition, following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather, the late Superintendent Elder Donison Henry. He is the son of Evangelist Myra Hickley-Montgomery and Roderick Montgomery, and was raised in the Ocala District, where he continues to serve with dedication. Minister Montgomery is married to Evangelist Brittany Montgomery, and together they have three children: Jace, Christian, and Roderick III. Professionally, he is a licensed barber.

His commitment to the church is evident through his extensive service in various capacities, including:

National President of Second Century By Faith (2CBF): Minister Montgomery leads this auxiliary designed to engage young adults within the church.
 

Assistant Pastor at Ocala Temple Church of God by Faith: Serving under the leadership of Ruling Elder James T. Ware.

Former Vice President of 2CBF Ocala District: Demonstrating leadership and commitment to youth engagement.
 
Youth Leader and Musician: Actively involved in mentoring youth and contributing to the church’s music ministry.
 
Deacon’s Ministry and Armor Bearer to Ruling Elder Ware: Supporting church leadership and operations.
 

Elder Montgomery is a licensed and ordained Elder through the COGBF Theological Institute and is currently enrolled as a scholar, furthering his theological education and commitment to spiritual growth.

His unwavering dedication, humility, and service-oriented mindset make him a valued leader within the COGBF community.
